About Khatrina

Close the gap between paper and practice.

For over a decade, I worked inside healthcare systems and watched the same thing happen: teams would design programs that made sense on paper, then watch them stall the moment they hit a real clinic.

The gap wasn't motivation or talent. It was design. The systems weren't built for how care actually happens, and the people designing the programs weren't the ones running them.

I started KCS Advisory to close that gap, designing programs, education, and workflows that teams actually use. As an RN with an MSN, MBA, and Six Sigma Black Belt, I've spent my career at the intersection where clinical judgment and operational reality have to meet.
